Late Payment Policies
- Grace Period: You grant clients a 2-week grace period to make payments.
- Service Deactivation: If payment is not received within the grace period, you reserve the right to deactivate the service.
- Reactivation Fee: A ₹500 reactivation fee is charged to reinstate the service after deactivation.
- Prior Warning: You indicate that a final payment due warning will be issued before service deactivation.
