Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Project cancellation by the client after work has started
  • Change of mind by the client
  • Project timeline or delivery timeline related concerns
  • Delay caused by the client in providing required content, materials, or approvals
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences after project delivery
  • Any third-party costs (hosting, domain, plugins, APIs, payment gateway fees, etc.)

Eligible Refund Conditions

A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Miscommunication from GaMeonic Studio regarding the scope of work
  • Technical or service error caused by GaMeonic Studio
  • Failure to deliver the agreed service due to an internal mistake by GaMeonic Studio

In such cases, the refund request will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of GaMeonic Studio.

  2. The request must include project details and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and determine eligibility.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.
